Exhibition types

 

1: First select your booth type:

a)  EXHIBITION BOOTH – $2,650 ex gst
SPACE: 3m wide x 2m deep exhibition booth includes walling, two spot lights, facia board with company name and power
ATTENDANCE: One complimentary full conference pass including sessions and social functions.
• Need more space? Subsequent exhibition booths (space only) can be added for $1950.

b)  FREESTANDING DISPLAY – EQUIPMENT – $2,650 ex gst
SPACE: up to 36m2 exhibition space allocation (i.e. a 6m x 6m space)
ATTENDANCE: One complimentary full conference pass including sessions and social functions.
• Note: This freestanding display space enables companies to showcase equipment or larger products to delegates. There will be height and noise restrictions so please contact us to discuss what you would like to display.
• Need more space? Additional strips of space can be added to your initial 36m2 allocation. Purchase in 6m2 blocks for $330.

c)  FREESTANDING DISPLAY – SHEEP – $2,650 ex gst
SPACE: 3m x 3m space allocation (with approx. 2m x 2m pen for up to three sheep per pen.)
ATTENDANCE: One complimentary full conference pass including sessions and social functions.
• Note: Expressions of interest (EOI) are sought for sheep displays that demonstrate and can communicate innovation. EOI’s are encouraged with ASBVs or with research outcomes. EOI’s will be subject to Organiser approval.

d)  INNOVATIVE STARTUP – $1,950
SPACE: 3m wide x 2m deep space with trestle table, chair and power.
ATTENDANCE: One complimentary full conference pass including sessions and social functions.
• Note: Expressions of interest (EOI) are sought from food and agri-tech startups relevant to the sheep industry. An “innovative startup” will have a ready-to-market or almost ready-to-market product that is not currently being offered elsewhere in the market, or is a new take on the currently offering. If you have a tangible product or service to display or demonstrate through an exhibition, please contact us. EOI’s will be subject to Organiser approval. 

 

2: Consider a promotional add-on:

a)  COFFEE CART THREE – four available
$5,000 ex gst plus costs associated with the supply and service of barista coffee above the allocated quota.
As a Coffee Cart host, you’ll provide delegates with a casual space to sit, network and enjoy a good coffee. Coffee Cart sponsors will be invoiced for the sponsorship plus the cost of serving coffees above the allocated quota.
SPACE: 5m wide x 4m deep space adjacent to your stand for the coffee cart and informal seating. Feel free to integrate your company signage (company supplied) through the coffee space.
ATTENDANCE: One complimentary full conference pass including sessions and social functions.

b)  BUSINESS HUB – two available
$5,000 ex gst
As a Business Hub host, you’ll provide delegates with a dedicated ‘business centre’ offering the power and space they need while away from their home/office. The 2020 venue will not have easy access to power points to charge devices so these spaces will be in prominent locations in the exhibition.
SPACE: 5m wide x 4m deep space adjacent to your stand for the business hub including recharge kiosk, desk and banner signage. Feel free to integrate your company signage (company supplied) through this space too.
ATTENDANCE: One complimentary full conference pass including sessions and social functions.

c)  COOKING/FOOD DEMONSTRATION – three – four available
$5,000 ex gst
Don’t just talk about your product … show it and cook it! This opportunity will provide an added dimension to your stand as engage delegates in the process or preparation of lamb. We’ll work with you to navigate the required food service approvals.
SPACE: 5m x 5m space to be integrated to your stand including PA system, low stage, power and seats for delegates to watch your demonstration.
ATTENDANCE: One complimentary full conference pass including sessions and social functions.
• Note: PA use is subject to the final exhibition floor plan and management of noise restrictions for nearby exhibitors. Please contact us to discuss your demonstration. All additional expenses to set up and meet food safety standards will be covered by the exhibitor.

d)  OVERHEAD SIGNAGE  – three – four available
$4,000 ex gst
Your logo can be displayed on an overhead exhibition banner serving as a marker to guide delegates to your stand and assist them to navigate the exhibition. This add-on will be offered to one exhibitor per exhibition section, so to register your interest and reserve this add-on for your organisation, please get in touch!

e)  PRIORITY PLACEMENT – four available
$4,000 ex gst
Exhibitors will be grouped by service or placed along the supply chain trail to assist the delegate logically navigate the showcase. You can reserve the priority placement of your stand within your sector, or if you’d prefer to be located next to someone outside your sector, this add-on will ensure it happens.
• Note: All other exhibition placement will be in order of confirmation.

f)  SATCHEL INSERT
$1,000 ex gst
Place a promotional or printed item in every delegate’s satchel! This is ideal if you’d like to supply each delegate with a small booklet, flyer, pen, notebook or other promotional item. Talk to us about what you have in mind!
